I have created three group coaching programs that rotate throughout the year. The Ámate Group Program is my signature program that promotes self-love and is offered twice a year. The newest group programs, Pathway to Love and Soul Expansion, are offered once a year. Pathway to Love evolves from Ámate to support participants to expand their capacity to trust love again and break through the love blocks to create more open, honest, and dynamic relationships with themselves and others. Soul Expansion shares how to co-create esoteric tools to listen and support one's soul's expansion. More details are included below describing each program.

Ámate

Ámate, which translates to Love yourself, is a group coaching program that invites participants to learn how to amplify their love vibration, activating Divine Love in their hearts and energy fields and recognizing their Love-Wisdom. This series expands upon my signature four-week series, Love You. Ámate group program is open to anyone, whether you are or are not in a committed relationship, as Ámate is about cultivating a practice of self-love. The Ámate Group Program helps you trust the Amaré de nuevo to love again.

Ámate consists of live calls that average twice a month, two Love Conscious Coaching calls, and (1) Love Limpia. The live calls are closed, captioned, and recorded. If you cannot attend, do not worry, as the live calls are recorded and transcribed. Ritual and guided experiences are included to help support your self-love journey.

A significant benefit of being a part of a group program is that you are not alone in your transformation. You are held, supported, and witnessed by fellow peers. The group experience helps the transmutation to be embodied even more. Much insight is gained during the live calls. Every group that I have facilitated in Ámate has been loving and supportive.

The next cycle of the program is October 6, 2023. The 90-minute Live Calls are on Fridays at 5:30 pm PST / 8:30 pm EST on October 6 and 20, November 3, 17, and 30*. The last meeting is on Thursday, not Friday, due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. All live sessions are recorded and closed-captioned. The materials will be accessible online for up to three months after the program ends.

Each participant will work independently to complete the reflection prompts and listen to the guided experiences for each one. The content will help participants explore Love as a vibration, an expression, a feeling, and a verb. During each live call, we'll have a group called Love Limpia. Ámate also includes (1) private remote Love Limpia. Each participant will also have (3) short coaching calls available during the program, which are assigned thematically. My experience with Ámate has shared similar elements to a prior workshop I took with Reina, but it was helpful to revisit some of the similar themes because it showed my evolution in thinking and helped develop them even more (re: awareness, etc). Everything (prompts, coaching calls, etc.) fit in well and developed week after week, so in the live sessions, there were breakthroughs in blockages in my awareness/understanding. Pathway to Love

Pathway to Love represents the next iteration of my practice. It invites anyone ready to return and connect to their Pathway to Love. The program provides a toolkit and weekly dispatches for participants to explore and expand their love vibration via Respect & Trust, Equanimity, Compassion, and Joy. During the six weeks, participants will expand their capacity to trust love again by healing from past relationship wounds and breakthrough the love blocks to create more open, honest, and dynamic relationships with themselves and others. The group program is from May 11-June 22, meeting weekly on Thursdays from 5:30-7:30 pm. Register via Teachable.

Soul Expansion

Soul Expansion is a co-creative circle for the esoterically curious. This group program is for those who feel like mystic dabblers and want to create a deeper connection to their abilities to support and align with their soul's expansion. The cost of the program is $250. All levels are welcome.

In the six weekly live calls, you are introduced to different modalities that will support your co-creative journey to align with the energies of the planets, seasons, and allies found in crystals & plants. Through exercises, you will sharpen & expand your mystical abilities and esoteric tool kit to listen and support your soul's expansion. Depending on the group size, we'll have practice sessions via accountability buddies and break-out groups.

We meet Fridays, March 31- May 12, from 5:30 - 7:30 pm PST, so folks on the east coast can join. Notice we meet on the day of Venus to amplify your gifts and soul's expansion through love.
